Quality evaluation of immunomodulatory polysaccharides from <i>Agaricus bisporus</i> by an integrated fingerprint technique

Agaricus bisporus (A. bisporus) is a rich source of polysaccharides with medical and nutraceutical interests; however, the complex structure A. (ABPs) poses challenge to its quality control. This study aims investigate immunomodulatory fractions ABPs further establish control system for detection characterization bioactive ABPs. Two were obtained using gradient alcohol precipitation combined ultrafiltration, followed by molecular weight, monosaccharide composition, chemical structure, evaluation activity. Results showed that two isolated different 8.95 × 106 Da (ABP17-1) 1.73 104 (ABP17-2), more homogeneous exerted stronger activity than Furthermore, an integrated fingerprint technique including HPSEC-MALL-RID HPLC was applied analysis from 17 batches bisporus, which high similarity.
